A very nice walk could begin in the early morning at Tiretta Bazaar
where you can savour the famous Chinese Breakfast of home made buns,
momos, dimsums et al and then you can visit the synagogues and churches
along Brabourne Road.
A traditional rickshaw puller making way through the busy lane of Tiretta Bazar early in the morning.
A Chinese old man reading his morning news paper amongst the hustle of Sunday morning market.
It is chinese dimsum. made from a thin dough with filling inside. The marking ourside will determine what is the filling. Example, red for chicken, blue for pork, black for bean etc... It goes with a sauce and best eaten when hot. Reason why it is retained in the steamer.
In different areas it has a name, some bun, some siopao and etc.
Old Chinese woman at the street side market.
A boy carrying chicken hanging from the bars of a hand-pulled rickshaw in Chinese market.
The early morning market is a photoraphers' delight. You can always find a few photographers wandering.
The main attraction here is the fresh Chinese food made by original Chinese people.
The feel of the busy market.
